Soren Hastrup – CEO

Mr. Hastrup, Chief Executive Officer, focuses on the strategic growth opportunities in the commercial and government sectors. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Soren advises the leaders of high performing organizations around the world in optimizing their work processes bringing process, organization and technology together. Soren accelerated quickly in his consulting career holding multiple program office positions during the 15 years preceding his current role. Beginning his career in Denmark after receiving his MS in Organizational Design from the University of Odense (Denmark)/University of Technology Sydney (Australia), Soren spent a significant amount of his career building change strategies and delivering high quality knowledge management and organizational change scenarios for global companies & organizations utilizing complex business systems such as SAP. Soren’s industry experience spans transportation, aerospace and defense, high tech, and life sciences. He is fluent in English, Danish and German.   Soren holds a Secret Clearance.

John Perkins – Sr. Vice President

Mr. Perkins, senior executive with over 25 years of serving clients and building relationships in the Manufacturing, Public Sector, Healthcare and Financial Services industries. He is focused on consistent delivery of high impact results exceeding client expectations. A team-building leadership style that promotes value delivery, operational excellence, sales and individual growth characterizes his approach. John has a proven blend of strategic vision combined with pragmatic problem-solving skills leading to repeated successes with breaking new ground in both industry and consulting settings.

Toralf Peters – CTO and Partner

Mr. Peters started his career in Germany working at an SAP subsidiary that later became SAP Labs.  Mr. Peters serves as the CTO and advisor to the company on matters related to technology and the implementation of complex technology projects.  In addition to his role as the CTO Toralf manages key programs and complex development tasks across programs.  As a former developer Toralf is often sought after by our key Army and USTC customers when dealing with intricate process issues that might not fit the standard SAP capability.   Toralf has a MS in Information Technology from the University of Dresden.

Specialties: Complex development and process reengineering across industries and functional areas. Truly one of a kind with a sense for innovation and problem solving.



Julie Hastrup – Sr. Vice President

Ms. Hastrup, Sr. VP of operations has exceptional process knowledge, technology integration capabilities, and organizational awareness. Julie has over twenty years of consensus building and leading multi-cultured organizations through operational change.  She has been recognized for her ability to mentor and grow staff capabilities internally.  Julie has significant leadership experience in multi-national merger, turn around, and spin-off environments along with multi-national operational experience in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, Germany, and Ukraine.

Julie brings corporate operating standards to emerging companies and divisions and has a history of pragmatically bridging headquarters’ requirements with subsidiaries’ needs. She has successfully led operations during periods of both exponential growth and market decline with her latest successes including the implementation of Telesto’s new Deltek Costpoint accounting system (2018), education portal (2018), and the ISO 9001 program (2019).
